Habit 5: Seek First To Understand, Then To Be Understood
I'm going to get that red dress, for the dance tommorrow .
That one is ugly, what you should do is get that blue skirt and shirt, or the black and white striped dress, or that polo with your new jeans.
Habit 6: Synergize
I got the one, with the ball.
Okay, I'll look for the first pass.
Urgent activities need to be done ASAP, don't wait until the last night to your math homework. Important activities will help you achieve and contribute to your goals. Make sure you are prioritizing, make space for urgent, important, and personal activities, keep a balance.
Habit 3, Personal Connections
Math homework, or Fortnite?
You can't trust others that give solutions, before knowing your needs. And the other way around; Hear the person out before blurting out solutions to them. Listening is key to communication, because if you or someone isn't understood they won't expose their inner-self. While others are talking to you on a problem try to see the topic, as they see it. Giving feedback is also a great attribute.
Habit 5, Personal Connections
Why are you looking at him like that Katie, do you like him? You think he'll ask you out
Synergizing is ''When two or more people work together to create a better solution than either could alone.'' Synergizing is teamwork , open mindedness, and finding better ways. It isn't tolerating differences, working independently, or always thinking your right. You want to focus on a celebrator's profile. Meaning you put thoughts together to achieve more, you also like diversity. Avoid roadblocks as ignorance, cliques, and prejudice situations.
Habit 6, Personal Connections
Okay, then I'll get the materials for it.
Then I will type up the experiment and print it out to put it on the board.
I will need to further develop this habit for high school next year. There are multiple effects that come with this habit, one major thing I need to work on is on organization, because high school is only going to be harder. The one thing I have to work on is studying habits, homework before gaming.
This past year this habit was put to use, all the time. When talking to teenagers it's like they need to say their part first, as if it's more important. Everyone is always asking questions and making assumptions, to situations, they aren't familiar with.
I like his shoes...
If you don't learn to to synergize in middle school, good luck. You're always working with others, so you need to learn to get along with others. I've had to synergize a lot this year, because I have had multiple group projects, requiring everyone to do their role. Don't work with people that'll goof off(It can cost you a bad grade).
