Storyboard Text

  • Habit 3: "Put First Things First"(Will and Won't Power)
  • I don't think I should audition, what if i don't get in or people laugh at me!
  • Stop getting in your own head, you need to step outside of your comfort zone.
  • Habit 4: "Think Win-Win"(Life is an All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet)
  • You are a slow runner, how did you get picked for the race!
  • Maybe, because I'm better at you!
  • Guys, we are all on the same team. Stop comparing  and work together as a team!
  • Habit 6: "Synergize" (The "High" Way)
  • Well, we aren't being friends with him!
  • Stop judging him Kyle, we barely know him.
  • Chole, what is that nerd doing here?
  • I invited him to sit with us, he is new and doesn't have friends.
  • I'll just clean it later, I'm really tired from school.
  • Habit 3 is about putting the most important things first instead of urgent things first; use your will and won't power to speak up and say no to bad things. Important things are your first things that contribute to your goals; urgent things are in-your-face and need immediate attention. Don't be the procrastinator, yes-man, or slacker; Be a prioritize r and get organized with a planner to balance your life and relaxation. The comfort and courage zone: Step outside of your comfort and try something new if you like it; Don't let fear be in your way.
  • Habit 3- In Action
  • No Kristina, I already told you to clean up, I won't tell you again!
  • Habit 4 is about having a win-win attitude toward life, a mental frame of mind that says i can win and so can you. Win your private victory first, don't be threatened by other people/insecure be happy for the success. Avoid tumor twins: Competing becomes dark when you tie yourself up in winning; Don't compare yourself to others because we are all different. Win-Win- The- All- You-Can-Eat-Buffet: "I won't step on you, or be your doormat either.
  • Habit 4- In Action
  • Stop comparing yourself sis, you can't change how you look so be happy with what you have!
  • Um hi, are the auditions today?
  • Habit 6 is about working together, to create better solutions; instead of your way or my way its the high way. Don't shun or tolerate people's differences, celebrate them; Roadblocks would be ignorance, cliques, and prejudice. We all learn/see differently not everyone will look the same as you and that's okay. Find an action plan to get to synergy; First define the issue, think of it their way, then your way, brainstorm, and find the best solution.
  • Habit 6- In Action
  • Just because I look different, doesn't mean you can treat me differently!
  • *All practicing for the audition*
  • I developed this habit this school year because in the 7th grade i was very unorganized and i learned how to prioritize. I will make sure to keep using this habit because as i go to high-school there is going to be more work and i want to have a balance. I used to be a yes-man and agreed to things that i couldn't promise to make people happy, i realize that i need to put important things first instead of urgent things.
  • I developed this habit because i get very competitive sometimes i feel that i always have to be the winner. I will keep using this habit because when i think win-win it means i can be happy for my friend even though i'm not happy for myself. I used to compare myself to others about weight, style, and looks, but the reality is we are all different and i cant change that.
  • Why am I so ugly Austin, I hate my body! I'll never be perfect!
  • I developed this habit to learn how to better myself at celebrating others differences. I will keep using this habit because i used to be someone who tolerated people's differences/thinking, when i should embrace it. I found new ways to solve problems by synergizing and thinking of a way to benefit both parties instead of just myself.
  • Don't be nervous, you are gonna do great!
