  • Proactive people aren't affected by what other people are doing or saying, they will avoid most situations. You can tell if someone is proactive, by the way they react to certain situations.   You do not let people get in your way, and proactive people stay on the right path to their goals.  Being reactive is not a good thing, too much reaction will not do anything good for you.
  • Habit 1: "In Action"
  • You have to know exactly what you want when the end comes, the pay off.  You have to be in control of the outcome, be the driver, not the passenger.  You will need to set yourself goals in order to strive towards something new.  Make sure you have the right friend group, friends can be a huge affect on your entire living existence, they affect almost everything you do.

  • Can You Please Take The Dog Out?
  • Planners are a big help when it comes to putting first things first, origination.  Learn to adapt to new things, because when stuff changes, you will be ready.  Do not get too comfortable when it comes to your schedule, because things will start to change over time.  Understand what you have to get done, make sure that before you go out and party, that you sit down and study or do homework.

  • Study Is Key
  • Being proactive helps in football games too, when your reactive things start to get out of hand, but when your proactive, things start to fall in line and the game goes well.  In one of my games we were down two touchdowns, and the only thing people wanted to do was complain, but I knew being reactive and complaining was not going to help us at all, so I decided to step up and be proactive to help us end up winning the game. 
  • Last year I started setting goals for myself in the year 2019, and even though my grades aren't the best, a lot of other things have been improving, all because I know what i want my end result to be.  One of my goals was to have a better attitude with my whole family, and ever since I stopped giving them a poor attitude, it seems like everyday, my family is in a better mood.  When your parents are in a good mood, everything seems a little easier.
  • This past season, my dad and his friends wanted to go to the NFL game in Jacksonville, the night before my regional championship game.  I wanted to go to the game so bad, but I knew that if I went I would be up late, and tired the next morning.  So instead of going to the game, I stayed home and rested before the regional championship, and ended up having 2-INT's and 11-Tackles that game.
