  • Habit 7- Sharpen The Saw
  • Make well thought out decisions based upon your values and not based on your emotions. Being proactive is different from being reactive people think with their emotions. Ex:  proactive-ignore an rude person in the store. Ex : reactive - fight a person for being rude in store. Proactive sayings - ill do it, i can do it. Reactive - ill try, i cant do it.

  • This habit is about accepting others and celebrating your differences. Synergy is when two or more people work together to create a solution. We have road blocks that keep up from celebrating differences between us people, ignorance, cliques, and prejudice. Ignorance- you have no clue how others feel or believe and you don't care either, cliques - reject others because they don't loo or share the same beliefs as you, prejudice you stereotype others.
  • Habit 6 - Synergize

  • Its about keeping your personal self sharpened so you can deal with the stress of life. You have many dimensions, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Physical - eat, sleep , exercise. mental - brain, read, write. Emotional - heart, RBA, PBA, laugh. Spiritual - soul, meditate,  keep own personal journal. we have a choice to take care and love ourselves and we have a choice to stop whatever that is harming us.
  • Habit 7 - Sharpen The Saw 
  • finally time just for me
  • I have and will continue to be proactive over reactive. i have many stories i could talk about but i will share a more recent one. one day i was minding my own business when a person who i thought fondly of became very cruel to me. Now I could have been rude back but instead i solved whatever issue there was between us.

  • I'm working on synergizing i tend to stray away from people in general. I really don't like talking to people who are very different from me and i find it hard to accept that difference. If i did habit 6 i'd most likely have more friends and be more accepting.

  • I've just started to think about my self over others. Before i  used to stress myself out over other peoples problems and could barely do anything without my mind wondering off to their issues. Habit 7 has helped me stressing out not only doesn't help me it worries other people too.
