Thinking win-win is an attitude towards life as a whole saying "If I can win, so can you."It is one of the only ways to a great solution to an argument. You can't make a much better solution and where both parties are satisfied. Thinking win-win can also help you with relationships.

Synergy is when two or more people work together for a better solution. Synergy is not just tolerating differences, it is celebrating differences and being happy about it. Don't be friends people who are exactly like you, be with people who are different and branch out. So celebrate difference and don't prejudice someone just for being different than you.

Sharpen the saw is about sharpening the mind to better deal with life. Your mind is very important and you need it to stay well fed and conditioned like with sleeping or reading a book. Your heart is also very important so keep it healthy by laughing and giving service. Your soul is like your stomache, it needs to be fed, like when you draw or pray you feed it.
Habit:7 In action
It helped me think more about other outcomes of my decisions. It helped me get through arguments like a breeze. Also It helped me be less competitive with my friends.
Also, that leaves you time to clean the kitchen.
How about if I mess up with the dishes again, then you can scold me. So I can do the dishes better.
Fine, next time...next time
Whenever I work with friends whether it is a project or an assignment, it helped me a lot. I used to follow my friends and be like them and now we are totally different from one another and like each other the same. Also I made many more friends that are totally different than me.
Before reading this habit I did nothing to sharpen my saw. Now I play an instrument, I workout, and laugh so much more than ever. I've become better in most of my classes and got more happy in the process.
