  • Habit 1: "Be Proactive"
  • Omg, I just figured out what I want to do with my life. Taking a nice walk does help.
  • So I've been having a problem recently. It's about my mom. She's always yelling at me. 
  • Habit 5: "Seek First To Understand, Then To Be Understood"
  • I understand, maybe I can help. Just tell me what's been happening.
  • I know I want to say something, but understand and let her talk first
  • Habit 7: "Sharpen The Saw"
  • I want to stay up playing games, but I need to go to bed
  • As humans, we make mistakes and do thing we later regret. Things we regret like who you acted or maybe something you said. You could spend your life time trying to change yourself, but why do that if you can change now. You choose when to react or to let something go, you may know by getting into an argument it might only get worse. As you speak, there's a certain language its being reactive or proactive; things like "I'll do it" instead of 'I'll try". Being proactive will help your life, how you live , or just how you speak to others. They make choices based on their values, not anger or what was said in the moment.

  • To understand someone, is to really know someone. Understanding is key in life, yet no one has mastered it yet. To know when to understand and then to be understood. You have to listen to others before you try to help or advise someone. You should always try to understand someone before you should them; and even if you have an opinion, don't say anything. You should actually listen to someone because it could strengthen your bond. It's so easy to judge other people because your not in that situation, But put yourself in there shoes and think of how you would feel.

  • Life is hard, we all know it. The best way to have a good life, it by balance it. When your stressed and overwhelmed, don't make it worse. Take time to renew yourself and to feel better.By listening to your body you can live a happier and healthier life. You need to care for yourself and love yourself. don't always care for others before yourself because you will wear yourself out. Take breaks, have fun, do things you love.You are in control of your life, you are the captain of the ship, so don't let someone steer you the wrong direction.
  • Habit 7: "Sharpen The Saw"
  • With this habit, I've tried to be a better person. I've tried to change my attitude towards life so I can be happier. I want to be the change in my life and in my generation. I want to sound and be more proactive in my language; by not dragging myself down and not let anyone else do it either. The hardest for me is how i change my thinking. I wanted to think things through before i spoke, but it was difficult because I'm use to speaking my mind. Throughout this year, I thought abut things before I spoke and it ended up with me having closer friends.

  • Life' hard enough as it is, don't make it worse by not understanding people. My problem was I wanted to be understood, yet I felt like I didn't need to understand anyone else. It took some time, but when my friends started having problems, I was the one to go to because they knew I cared and I would sit and listen to you. Now, I speak less and listen more; I didn't know by just listening, I could actually see the change in other people.
  • Yes, I now it's great that I changed myself for the better and I can help my friends more, but it's important to take care of myself once and awhile. To renew myself and take time to care for me for a change. Just by making sure I sleep enough or getting some down time; it's helped me focus on me, my body, and my needs. It's made me have to manage my time; when to relax or to do work. The best thing is by doing this I feel better and more healthy.
  • As soon as I get home, I'm starting my homework. If I have enough time, then I can play games
