If you think win-win that means that you think you can win and so can everyone else.If you think win-lose that means that you have totem pole syndrome and you will do anything it takes so you are above everyone else.If you think lose-win then that means you most likely have doormat syndrome witch means you let everyone use you as a "Doormat" so others win but you lose.Finally If you think lose-lose that means if you cant win no one can.

Habit seven is about sharpening the saw.if your cutting down a tree and its taking forever and your exhausted take a brake and sharpen the saw and you'll be done in no time.Habit seven is also about balance between your body,brain,heart,and soul(all four dimensions in life).If you keep balance in these four things you will be alt happier and healthier.
