To be proactive vs. reactive you need to just shake off the small things , think before you think,and try not to be impulsive. It means being a can-do-person not a no-can-do-person. Being proactive bring self awareness , conscience, imagination , and having great will power. Then there is your PBA that's what your first impression and the on going relation status you have with everyone you meet

You as a person should try to just listen and understand someones else situation before your opion. Listing is the biggest part of this chapter. You just need to let them talk and let them know you care. hat also come back to love to make someone feel loved is all they need and they will open right up tell you everything.. But when they open up you have to listen to what they have to say and that means listen with your eyes and ears and body.

Your attitude toward life can greatly effect how you live it. To stop doubting attitude you have to think win-win to believe you can do something because you cam do anything. These is not point in being inferior to someone else accomplishments to make your self feel better. Along with feeling inferior turns into comparing your self to other people and that is your wort enimeny.

Today is just not my day
I myself have learned from this habit to try and say yes to more opprotunites and take up more offer on jobs. I've also learned that when i get into a bad situation to just think it through ans do everything right. I will continue to do this because it really does help a lot and everything goes better
Senice i have stared to use this habit when i talk to people many of my friends come to me now to talk ab hardships they are try to get through. Now a days i notice i try and put my self in other people shoes and see what there point of view it tends to help. It is much easier to do this and give someone advice or try to help if you fully understand
The last year has been great with this habit i have stared just thinking ab what im doing and slowing down sometimes and it really helps. everything i do goes much more smooth and things actully get done now. I've learned that there is no point in jealsesy because if you want something go out and work for it not be inforir over someone else
