I'm getting so many speech calls with the incorrect call reason for apple pay enquiries, but nothing seems to be changing?

Hey Gerald, Peter and I have noticed a lot of Apple Pay enquiries coming through with GoMoney as the call reason. Can you get someone to fix it?
Gerald: Hmm, from what I can see on Speech reporting portal, there is a large volume of GoMoney calls being tagged by staff with 'incorrect call reason' I wonder if the IVR team is aware of the problem?
Now that we fully understand the issue, we are ready to prioritise the resolution!
