The phrase think win win comes from the belief that everyone is equal and the same. The three negative parts of think win win are lose-lose lose-win and win-lose. Those three things are what prevent you from being in a win-win mindset. There are many ways to get into win-win like treating people good understanding someone else's problems or struggle.

Synergy is when two or more people work together to create a better solution then if they were alone.Roadblocks to getting synergy are ignorance-don't care how people feel cliques-you block others out or prejudice-stereotyping or judging. Learn through reading, logic, body sensation, images, sounds, patterns, and writing. The way to reach synergy is celebrate differences have teamwork and be open minded.

Mental- read, educate, write, and learn new skills educate yourself so you can do good in life. Emotional- build relationships, give service, laugh, make friends and enjoy yourself. Spiritual- meditate, keep a journey, pray and take quality time for yourself you can stay in a good state of mind

After a big learning day at school its good to relax and let my brain cool off and it feels good.
I'm just going to relax and eat healthy.
I know health is important but those salads are really big.
I have tried to keep myself in a win-win state of mind because i believe that it is very positive and could help me through life. I used to be in win-lose which means you want to be in control and mostly care about yourself. Since i made the change everything has been much better and happier.

What i have learned from this habit is how to work with others and achieve goals. I have also learned to explore and like the way others do things. I am now less ignorant and understand how people feel.
Don't forget its also a lot more fun.

This habit has taught me to value relaxation and take some time for myself . I have eaten better since i read this habit and learned how to take care of myself. The most important thing I have done is build relationships with people i would not have known i would be friends with.
