- The Situation: Mark is driving to work in the morning.
- The Unsafe Habit: Mark usually sleeps late because he stays up playing videogames and as such, is always tired in the morning.
- 5:00 AM
- The Unsafe Action: Mark falls asleep on the wheel.
- The Accident: Mark swerves off the road and hits the pole with his car.
- The Result: Mark ends up with a broken legs and gets laid from his job as he cannot work.
- The Solution: Mark should try and stop playing so much games and go to sleep earlier.
