  • Etruscan influence on Roman sports.
  • Rome is in the Italian peninsula by the Mediterranean. It also has many mountain ranges and rivers.
  • Etruscan influence on roman engineering  
  • The myth about how Rome came to be was about twins that are secretly royalty and helped their grand father get the throne back. afterwards, they build a city named Rome due Romulus  killing  Remus in a fight over what to name the  city.
  • Greek influence on Roman architecture  
  • Rome took many ideas from these people such as gladiatorial  fights and chariot racing.  The Etruscans  originally used slave fights and races.  
  • Greek influence on roman culture 
  • two adapted yet already existing structures were the arch and the Cuniculus. The Romans adapted this over time and became better engineers than the Etruscans. They used them to make theatares,bridges, stadiums, and aqueducts. 
  • The Romans also used Greek architectural styles and techniques such as pillars and concrete. The  Parthenon, for example is very similar to the pantheon.
  • Roman culture is very similar  to Greek culture in many ways. The gods both have similar characteristics and roles. They also had similar  life like sculptures  of people and gods.
