The French and Indian war was a conflict. Between France and Great Britain over territory in North America.
The borders between the France and British territories were sort of vague. France and Great Britain claimed a lot of land.
In 1754, the governor of Virginia sent soldiers to kick the French out of Western Pennsylvania. Lead by George Washington.
While fighting in the woods/forest the British had no idea on how to fight in the woods however, the French knows how to fight in the woods because they were all trained to fight in the woods.
From 1758 to 1760 the British had won their victory.
But then the people got so upset, they started a new war which means George Washington had lead.
