The nervous system is a fascinating system its how your body feels an object
When you watch a scary movie your nervous system has steps. The first one is when there is scary music and your muscles tighten up. Then the jump scare your nervous system tells your brain to close your eyes and jump. Then you heart beat calms down and your whole body calms down and you take deep breaths .
The nervous system can effect other systems to. For example your skeletal system , if you break a bone your nervous system sends a message to your brain that one or more of your bones are broken. The nervous system can also effect your muscle system because if you tear a muscle it sends a message to the brain.
It is estimated that if all the peripheral nerves from one body were joined end to end, they would circle Earth three times. The peripheral nerves control the body's organs.
Some disease's damage nerves, for example Parkinson's kill the nerves that control muscle's.Also Alzheimer's disease attacks nerves in the brain causing memory loss.Drugs and alcohol can cause the way your nerves work or destroy them.
The nervous system is connected to the skeletal system because if you break a bone it sends a message to the brain hat your bone is broken. It does the same thing with the muscle system when you tear a muscle
