  • THIS IS NOT FAIR TO THE PEOPLE!!!
  • STOP SHOUTING!!!!
  • HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO SUPPORT MY FAMILY?!?!
  • NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!!I MEAN IT!
  • The Proclamation of 1763-Pontiacs War convinced British Officials that they should stop expanding on the western frontier. The government issued 'The Proclamation of 1763', it made an imaginary line along the Appalachian Mountains and said colonists weren't allowed to settle on the other side, those who were already there should 'remove themselves'.
  • HEY! GET BACK HERE!!!
  • Sugar and stamp act- A new tax was placed on legal documents, newspapers, playing cards and dice. They had to have a stamp on them showing the tax was paid. This made people very upset.
  • BACK UP NOW!!!!
  • "No Taxation Without Representation"- Only elected officials could pass taxes, since the colonists had no representation on Parliament that means Parliament can't tax them.
  • Throw them all!
  • Townshend act/reaction- This taxed glass, paper, paint, lead and tea. It made the colonists very upset again so instead of following the rules, they just boycotted British goods.
  • Boston Massacre- A angry crowd formed and started shouting and throwing things at the British soldiers. The soldiers panicked and fired into the crowd killing 5 people including Crispus Attucks.
  • Boston Tea Party- Colonists were very angry so they tried protesting by throwing over 300 chests of tea into the water.
