Storyboard Text

  • Community, tradition, sacrifice.
  • Foreshadowing
  • Mood
  • The scene where the whole town was gathered up, and talking and waiting, was a good representation of a community. I think this, because everyone was gathered, and spending time together.
  • The scene were everyone was picking up rocks in the beginning of the story foreshadowed Tessie getting the rocks throw at her, because at the end of the story everyone throws their rocks at Tessie, and tried to kill her
  • Shirley Jackson creates a mood of harsh at this point of the story by, having the towns people gain up on Tessie and hit her with rocks.
