  • I have an idea that oversized vehicles should transport their shipments during the night.
  • I as the Speaker of the House assigned this bill to the Transportation committee to be studied
  • I agree.
  • The bill that is being proposed is saying that, transportation trucks should be able to deliver items to and from international ports. Do you agree?
  • Me too.
  • This bill is being proposed and being introduce to the General Assembly for consideration and it's drafted.
  • Yes!
  • Agree!
  • In the Transportation committee it's introduced and the people propose if the they could go forward into the legislature, if.
  • We agree with what has been done!
  • This is when the bill is being explained and after it being discussed they vote since everyone has agreed it now moves on to it's final reading and it can be an "amendment" .
  • It's officially a law in NC!
  • This bill is now taken to the full House for a debate, since everyone agreed this is now passed on to the Senate and it's the same process that goes through the Senate
  • Now that it's in the Senate the bill goes back to the original bill and make changes and then the bill will be ready and ready to be enrolled and signed into a law and given to the Governor.
  • Finally now that the bill is done being rewritten including all the amendments  it's ready for the Governor to sign it and if the Governor doesn't do anything to it automatically becomes a law.
