The Federalists and Anti-Federalists would agree on The Constitution as the figure of government, but with the addition of The Bill of Rights.
Meanwhile in Philadelphia . . .
The issue over representing Congress should be proportional to the states' size.
No way! That's not fair for us smaller states to have less representation than you bigger states. We'll be over shadowed.
Than how are we going to represent the people? Not by representing Congress with one vote from each state.
Delegate Roger Sherman's compromise towards representation in Congress would consist of House of Representatives and Senate, which would become known as the Great Compromise.
