Storyboard Text

  • There should not be a constitution, because the government will be tyrannical.
  • If the government is tyrannical, our country will end up too powerful like Great Britain.
  • The constitution should be ratified so that the government can have more money and an army.
  • I agree. If there is no constitution, the states will have too much power and another rebellion will occur.
  • I will only vote for the constitution if our rights are insured.
  • We will add a Bill of Rights to the constitution to insure individual rights.
  • The amount of representatives that each state has should be proportional to population.
  • If representative amounts are population proportional, bigger states like ours will be heard more.
  • The amount of representatives that each state gets should be equal.
  • If the bigger states get more representation than us, our opinions won't be considered enough.
  • Present Day
  • I am a member of the House of Representatives from California. The amount of representatives per state is based off of population.
  • I am a senator from Rhode Island. The number of representatives is two for every state.
