The A in ACTS is for Adoration. Give God praise and honor for who He is. Example: To worship God and tell Him how much of an impact He makes in our lives.
Dear God, thank you for this day. Right now, I'm not sure what my purpose is, but I know you have the greatest plan in store for me. I give you all of the praise and glory for all that I own. You're the only true God. Amen!
The C in ACTS is for Confession. When we are praying, things will reappear in our minds that we don't like to admit that we've done. Example: If you were cheating on a test, admit to a teacher you were. Ask for forgiveness.
Dear Heavenly Father, I come to admit that I bullied Sam today and took his lunch for myself. I fully realize now that it was a horrible thing to do, and I come to ask for forgiveness. Amen.
The T in ACTS stands for Thanksgiving. We should ALWAYS thank God for our accomplishments, because He is the one who helped us achieve them. Example: Thanking God for the great friends you have.
Dear God, thank you for helping me ace my Algebra test. It was difficult, but I remembered that you will always have my back through the hard times. Amen.

The S in ACTS is for Supplication. These are mostly our requests. Example: Asking for a dog, protection, a good birthday party, etc.
Heavenly Father, please help me to win my baseball game and to help me stay safe on this boat. Please help my mom to find a new job that she enjoys dearly. Amen.
Please help me to be safe driving home from work. Thank you that I get to come home to my family. I'm sorry that today I denied being a Christian, because I should be preaching your word. Amen.
