Storyboard Text

  • Woah! Did you hear that there was some heavy acid rain last night?
  • ACID RAIN! What is that? Why isn't everything melted then?
  • To start off, there is something called the pH scale. PH is the amount of acid in a substance and the pH scale measures the level of acidity in an object.
  • So acid rain must be rain with a little bit of acid!
  • Acid rain is caused by us humans burning fossil fuels and the rotting vegetation around us.
  • Oh my! That has to STOP. I bet some ways to prevent acid rain is to burn fewer fossil fuels and conserve some energy.
  • Well you see, these plants lose their ability to withstand the cold, insects, and disease.
  • So how exactly does acid rain effect us?
  • It also alters their ability to reproduce.
  • I HAVE AN IDEA! Let's go tell others how to keep this from happening
  • Yeah, let's GO!!
