  • we have to organise and meet with them so that i can explain the benefits of being unionised with us.
  • being unionised with us comes with alot of benefits such as job security, representation in all issues amongst you and your employer.
  • that is what pushed us to took this decision of joining as we facing unfair labour practise from our manager.
  • shop steward and union organiser are recruiting employees.
  • now that you will be our members, what ever issues you have you will report to yours shop steward, then he will report it to us as a union
  • everything that we are not happy about regarding employment relationship with our managers, we subjected to report to shop steward?

  • before we start with registration process i wanna tell you terms and conditions of being a member which includes monthly fee.

  • since we have registered them as our full members they logged the complain i would like to come and assess the seriousness of their complaints
