The Letter, the Witch, and the Ring

In this beginning comic strip we meet the character Rosa Pitta pottinger. We have a flashback that she is standing in the middle of her room yelling at her mother that she does not want to wear the school uniform. Rosa is now on the floor screaming in throwing a tantrum that she does not want to be a Girl Scout or a campfire girl.We learn why Rosa is so mad and frustrated, Her boy best friend Luis is going to a all boy scout camp and he's going to stay there the whole summer. Her mother explains to her that she would just have to find a new best friend because Lewis is 12 and Rosa is 13. Rosa is very closed-minded about what her mother is trying to say to her. Her mother leaves a room and Rosa continues to cry while she misses her best friend, she gets up and realizes that she can't be sad forever so she heads to the athletic field too hit some flies.
