The third and last apparition the witches show Macbeth is a crowned child holding a tree appears and preaches to him he's safe until Birnam Wood moves to Dunsinane Hill.
The 3 witches then vanish. Lennox finally arrives at the castle to tell Macbeth the news of Macduff leaving to go to England. Macbeth then insists that murderers break into Macduff's castle and kill his wife and children.
A messenger was sent in a hurry to warn Lady Macduff that she is in danger but unfortunately it was to late. She had no time to escape, so the murderers that were sent enters Macduff's castle and kills the son first then the wife viciously.
