Storyboard Text

  • "Be lion-mettled, proud, and take no care who chafes, who frets, or where conspirers are. Macbeth shall never vanquished be until Great Birnam Wood to high Dunsinane Hill Shall come against him."
  • "'Tis two or three, my lord, that bring you word Macduff is fled to England."
  • "The castle of Macduff I will surprise, Seize upon Fife, give to th' edge o' th' sword His wife, his babes, and all unfortunate souls."
  • "Fled to England?"
  • " I doubt some danger does approach you nearly."
  • " Murder!"
  • " What, you egg?"
  • " He has killed me, mother. Run away, I pray you.
  • " Young fry of treachery!
  • The third and last apparition the witches show Macbeth is a crowned child holding a tree appears and preaches to him he's safe until Birnam Wood moves to Dunsinane Hill.
  • The 3 witches then vanish. Lennox finally arrives at the castle to tell Macbeth the news of Macduff leaving to go to England. Macbeth then insists that murderers break into Macduff's castle and kill his wife and children.
  • A messenger was sent in a hurry to warn Lady Macduff that she is in danger but unfortunately it was to late. She had no time to escape, so the murderers that were sent enters Macduff's castle and kills the son first then the wife viciously.
