- I wonder what happened to my income, this must be some sort of mistake.
- I asked the employer about this and he told me that this was announced last month
- We need to do something about this matter
- This is not normal we need an increase.
- I have noticed this issues and I thought I was the only one
- We need to complain to the management about this, its really not fair
- We work very hard and work long hours, this cant be.
- Betina, one of the employees notices that they work long hours but their wage is not enough, she also notices that it her wages has decrease by 1.5%.
- We are concerned about our wages and we would an increase.
- But we work long hours for nothing.
- I am really sorry for your concerns but the company cannot meet your demands.
- Betina then goes to other employees to confirm the decrease is a mistake or it is done to all other employees
- That is a very good idea.
- I think we should create an association together.
- We need to do something, the employer needs to take our complain seriously

- We have to discuss about the association, how do we start?
- The following day, The employees went to complain to the employer about their concerns, unfortunately the manager could not do anything about it.
- Employees meet again during lunch break to discuss about this matter all they want is an increase but the management refused to increase their wages
- After the discussions, the employees meet to form an association in the purpose of trying to regulate the relationship between the employer and the employees so that they can get what they demand.
