  • The French Era
  • The French Revolution was a time when france was up roaring with political disputes ,social living and economic, from 1789 until 1799. People from the third estate were suffering from taxation, the people were argueing about a better, justified, and fair government. Also the economics the money and food supply, and the poverty and filthy conditions. Under the authoritity of Louis XVI people were upset. They wanted change, leaders arise like Maximilien Robespierre, Marquis de Lafayette, Napoleon, George Danton, etc.       Specially Napoleon the great, the legend had his destiny in his hand,  the french man born and serve for France and the military, later on to win amazing battles for and with France, the greatness arose to him and crowded emperor taking country one by one until the power over whelmed him and the countries lashed back and napolean fell from power and exiled

  • The meeting of the estates general was a meeting between the estates pretty much third estate(poor,mid-class) second estate(rich,church members, etc) First estate(royal families) and to discuss financial problems

  • After the break the first and second estate lock the third estate outta the room, they decide to break into to a "tennis court" and discuss. They decided in the end that they represent the people and to be called the "National Assembely"
  • We be independant from now on "National Assembely"
  • After a while the french had enough with the government they went on a rampage and "stormed" the bastille prison, killing guards and other officials with weapons and their bear hands. At that moment the true feelings of the french came out and the revolution began.

  • Later on the french people became more furious and at that point they had enough and went to the king and queen themselves about financial and starvation problems but the royals didnt help so the people forced them to go back to paris with them
