- The strike is completely legal and we can assure you it will not turn violent.
- We sent you notice to inform you about the strike well before the time
- After Mr. Adams, Ms. Vee and Mr.Daniel spoke to the manager(Mr.Ali) of Mr.Daniels work place and still refused to address their concerns the employees with the help of the trade union created a legal strike, giving notice to Mr. Ali. Customers have been complaining about the noise and everyone standing around while they are not being served.

- Mr. Ali comes out to assess the situation and threaten to phone the police on the strike. Mr.Adams And Ms. Vee reminds him that the strike is legal and they promise it will not turn violent. They also inform him that they have sent a notice to him about the strike.

- Will you be willing to have a meeting with us now to discuss the wages problem of your employees?

- Customers begin to leave and Mr. Ali gets upset. Ms.Vee and Mr.Adams reminds Mr.Ali that things did not have to go this far if he had listened to his employees complaints and grievances.

- You are causing my customers to leave!
- If you had listened to the grievances and complaints of your employees since the beginning we wouldn't be in the situation.

- Mr.Adams asks Mr.Ali if he is willing to agree to have a proper meeting with Ms. Vee, Mr. Daniel and himself. He agrees to it if it will stop the protesting.
- We want Job security!
- If it will end these protests then yes I will have the meeting with you. Tomorrow at nine o clock.
- The employees cheer and thank Mr. Adams and Ms. Vee for their with their manager. Ms. Vee and Mr. Adams reminds them not to get too excited too soon as they still need to have meetings with Mr. Ali.
