Rhea Silvia is the mother of to twin boys named Romulus and Remus. They were also related to Aeneas, their mothers father.
The argument between Romulus and remus
Rhea silvia disobeyed her vows, therefore she was imprisined. She had to leave her sons with the father. who is either Mars or Hercules.
Effects of their dispute
Neither of them wanted to take responsibility of thier children. Leading the servant to throw them in to the Tiber River. The servant was kind enough to place Romulus and remus by placeing them into a basket and sending them safley down the river.
The death of the twins
The twin both had different perspectives of where they wanted to build their new city to. Remus wanted to build their new city on the Aventine Hill. Unlike Romulus, who wanted to start to build the city on the Palatine Hills.
Remus was furious that his brother got his way. Therefore he began to make fun of the wall. He also made fun of Romulus's whole city in general. to make his brother even more made he jump over Romulus's wall.
Remus died after he jump over the wall. There were many theory on how he died. some people thought that he died from jumping over the wall. Another theory is that Fabius or Celer killed him, by throwing a spade at his head. Romulus also had many different perspectives of the way he died. On perspective or myth is that he disappeared at the age of 53 and died at 55. The other myth was the that the senate planed his death because they wanted to regain power.
