The setting of the book is a small town called Maycomb which is in Alabama. In this town everyone knows everyone, and everyone knows about everybody's business.
The conflict in the book is that Tom Robinson is a innocent black man that was accused of rape. The true story is that the dad was beating his daughter and Tom Robinson and Mayella were together. The reason why this went to court is because Mayellas dad caught them together and that was wrong during that time.
The rising action of this story is that the man who is defending Tom Robinson has two kids. Their names are Scout and Jem and they become very curious about a dark house that has a crazy man living in the house and the two kids start looking around the property of the crazy man.
The climax in to Kill a Mockingbird is the man in the black dress is Bob Ewell and he got killed because he was trying to harm Jem and Scout when they were walking home.The person behind Mr.Ewell is Boo Radley and he saved the kids from Bob Ewell.
The falling action is that Jem cant comprehend what happened to Tom Robinson. Both Scout and Jem were at Robinson's trail and they saw everything that happened. Tom Robinson tried to escape jail because he knew that he was going to be accused of being guilty so he tries to escape but then he gets caught and shot.
This does make any sense, and this isn't fair to Tom Robinson
that The resolution of the story is that people finally know that Boo Radley wasn't crazy but that he was really nice with a heart. Also that Bob Ewell was beating his daughter and Tom Robinson was innocent
