Storyboard Text

  • It was late afternoon, when a solution finally hit him… literally. He got onto the lifeboat, tying the raft close enough to jump onto it if any trouble arised. He looked through the locker for bait. He looked up…
  • He was dead centre of Richards stare. What was he thinking? Then he was hit hard across the face.

  • Go ahead, Richard Parker, finish me off. But please, what you must do, do it quickly. A blown fuse should not be over tested.
  • It was a fish! A flying fish. The fish had struck me. Even though it wasn't Richard, he was still curious about the fish. Before Richard could jump onto Pi, he threw the fish at him, but the fish swerved just before being devoured by Richard. He turned his head snapping his jaws. Then, as though to ask, "Where's my treat?" he turned to Pi.
  • Can I make it too the raft, before he eats me?
  • At that exact moment, there was a vibration in the air. And out came hundreds of fish, looking like locus.
  • Dozens of fish dived down into the water before the boat, some flew over the boat, but many of the unlucky ones fell right into the boat. Richard caught them with his jaws and body, however Pi got cuts a scraps all over his body.
