  • Hamilton proposes federal government take over and pay the states debts. 
  • The Northern and Southern states often had disputes over taxes and debts. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison would often fight with Alexander Hamilton.
  • Yo Hammy your plan sucks. 
  • Hamilton's financial plan faces opposition. Ham doesn't care. 
  • Hamilton proposes a plan to create a national bank. 
  • Let me make a bank please please please with cherries on top. 
  • Hamilton compromises with the south.
