The war lasted more than 10 years. It ended with a mysterious gift. One morning, the Greek armies left a large wooden horse outside the gates of Troy. The Trojans pulled the horse into the city. When it got dark, the horse opened up, and a group of Greek warriors climbed out and destroyed Troy.
