  • The East Indian Compamy is running out of money! In order to help them, I sign the British Parliament’s Tea Act.
  • Return this to England, we don't want to pay tax on tea! 
  • It is 1773, and the British Parliament’s Tea Act has just been passed.
  • We should throw the British tea into the harbor to protest!
  • Yeah!
  • Three tea ships, the Dartmouth, the Eleanor, and the Beaver sailed to the Boston Harbor with taxed tea.
  • We should dress up as Indians to confuse the British! 
  • The colonists demanded that the tea be returned, but the Governor refused.
  • Sam Adams, the leader of the Son's of Liberty tells the members of his group about the tax on tea. They decide to protest.
  • Then, they decide to dress up as Indians to confuse anyone who sees them.
  • That's a great idea!
  • They dumped the tea into the harbor, and caused around $18,000 in damage.
