The President of the United States has to perform many tasks to complete his role as Chief Legislator. He/She has to influence Congress, sign bills into law, and veto bills.
As President of the United States, I believe that there should be a law stating that if you cannot provide the necessary care for your animals, it must be brought to a shelter.
Dear Congress, there are too many abandoned animals because people do not have the time or money to give them proper care. I think there should be a law in which you have to bring your animal to a shelter if you can not provide it necessary care.
Mr. President, Congress have sent you the following bill: One is restricted from adopting a pet unless they have the money and time to take care of it for the lifespan of the pet. Also, if something happens, causing them to loose either their money or time, they must bring their pet to a shelter to prevent abandonment.
I am going to sign this bill because it will benefit the country, which you will understand as I further explain.
I believe that signing this bill will help the country. It has a strong lead, and will decrease the amount of abandoned animals in the U.S. My goal is to give all animals a rightful home, and a home that can't take care of them is not that. As we get closer to this goal, all the pieces will fit together once again.
