Storyboard Text

  • Anne Frank
  • Role in the story:  Anne is this author of the book and therefor has the largest role as it is her story. She acts as the angtagonist and is the source of all the info that the reader knows.
  • Physical traits: Average height, dark poofy hair, dark eyes, crooked teeth, 13 years old.
  • Personality traits: Bossy, sensitive, vain, and confused as to why she can't please her family.
  • Margot Frank
  • Physical traits: Very pretty, glasses, dark hair, dark eyes, pale skin.
  • Personality traits: Quiet, boring, very smart, clever, mature.
  • Role in the story: Margot plays the role of Anne's older sister and she acts as a source for Anne to compare herself to. Margot is so perfect that it makes Anne feel like even more of a failure.
  • Mrs. Van Daan
  • Role in the story: Mrs. Van Daan is more of a minor character, but I believe her role in the story is simply to bring more misery to Anne's life and occasionally a good laugh.
  • Physical traits: Overweight, middleage, dark hair, dark eyes.
  • Personality traits:  Cranky, rude, dramatic, not easily liked.
