First things first, for safety reasons, wash your hands and put on an apron and hat.
First add the milk and gelatin in a bowl, then boil the cream and sugar. Once they're boiling, add the milk and cook for a minute. Once the cooking's done, pour the panna cotta into cups and sit them in the fridge to cool.
We're making the panna cotta first, so gather ingredients and utensils.
Now while the panna cotta cools, we start on the chicken alfredo. First cook the chicken until golden, then mix in the skillet the milk, butter, and garlic. Season and cook, then add the fettuccine. Stir in heavy cream and cheese. Once the sauce thickens, remove from heat and add chicken.
Now the bruschetta. Chop up the ingredients (tomato, basil, etc.) and mix them in a bowl. Then, brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast them. Once toasted, spoon the tomato mix onto each slice.
Now all the recipes are done. Serve each dish and enjoy your night in Italy.
