Hello, i am here to teach you about your duties and responsibilities as a united states citizen and why they are important. First lets talk about your voluntary responsibilities.
these responsibilities you're not required to do, but you most certainly should.1. voting. voting is a right and privilege of citizenship, it is also a responsibility. U.S. citizens have a responsibility to participate in their government by registering to vote and voting in elections. By voting, citizens (like you and i ) have a voice in our government .
another one of our responsibilities is to stay informed about the problems affecting our community and the whole country. staying informed includes knowing all about whatever candidate you're voting for long before it comes time to vote.
another one of our responsibilities as a citizen is to practice tolerance for another, and to pass it on. to pass it on is to share this information to future generations.
now lets talk about our duties as a united states citizen. first off you must obey the law, nobody is above the law.
now lets talk about taxes,as a citizen of the united states you must pay taxes if it be in one form or another it does not matter, what does matter is that you must pay your taxes
now lets talk about the lets talk about thefinal two,you must serve on jury duty when summoned to do so this keeps our law fair.you must register with the selective service because without it we would have only those who volunteer to help protect our rights and freedoms
