  • KEEP SHOOTING!
  •  The Proclamation of 1763 is when the British Parliament said that there were not to be any Colonial settlers on the west of the Appalachian mountains.
  • Boston Tea Party-1773
  • NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION
  • Dump this tea into the harbor!
  •  This is the price they will have to pay!
  • The Declartory Act was an act of the Parliament of Great Britain, stating that the British are in charge, and that they can tax whoever they want whenever they want.
  • The Intolerable Acts
  • We are closing the Boston Harbor for the Colonists pouring our tea into the harbor!
  • The Boston Massacre was a skirmish between the Redcoats, (Britain) and the Colonists. It is not determined on who is resposible for this.
  • The First Continental Congress
  • We shall boycott to British trade!
  • The Boston Tea Party was a protest by the colonists because of the British imposing "taxation without representation". The Colonists were very angry about this, so they dumped 342 chests of British tea into the harbor. They dressed up as Indians, so then no one would ever think the Colonists would do it.
  • The Intolerable Acts were laws passed by the Britsh Parliament in 1774 after the Boston Tea Party, and closed the Boston Harbor.
  • The First Continetial Congress was a meeting between twelve of the thirteen colonies, excluding Georgia. The congress met briefly to discuss what they would do about the Intolerable Acts.
