Why cant we colonist have part of the land that we helped fight for?

Britain won the french and Indian war and as a result they got lots of land. The colonists help fight for the British but the British kept all the land for themselves. The colonist were very mad that they didn't get part of the land.
Boston Tea Party 1773
We buy tea how we want!
All printed material had to have a stamp on it. This means that colonist that used paper or bought it had to pay taxes to help pay for the war. At least thats what the British point of view was.
Intolerable Acts 1773
They just dont ever listen to us.
A swarm of colonist started harassing the very few British soldiers there by throwing rocks and calling them names. The British got scared and shot and killed 5 colonists.
First continental Congress 1774

Colonist smuggled tea so the British lowered the tea prices in hope that there would be less smuggling. Three ships came with crates of tea but Members of the Sons of Liberty wanted them to leave but the Massachusetts governor wouldn't allow it. At night, the colonist dressed up as Indians and dumped 340 chests of tea into the harbor.
The Intolerable acts were laws passed by the British parliament to punish the colonist after the Boston tea party.
The first continental congress was a meeting between 12 of the thirteen colonies after the intolerable acts. They met to talk about an economic boycott and make a list of rights.
