This event is important because it was the first street fight that turned violent. Both colonists and red coats gathered on King Street. The colonists were screaming fire, and one of the red coats fired and a lot of colonists either died or got hurt.

This event is important because this is when the colonists decided to take their problems and unite as one country and not 13 different colonies. So 12 of the 13 colonies gathered in Pennsylvania and discussed the acts that the British were doing to the colonists.
This event is important because this is when a group of woman got together and decided to boycott which means they they made a lot of stuff to give to the colonists and refused to buy certain goods as a protest towards Britain.
