On a clear and sunny day slaves planted me in the ground.
On the plantation, I could see and hear that the plantation owner treated his slaves very badly.

As I grew I consistently heard the slaves speaking their language called Gullah.
On the plantation, it always smelt like moist earth. This is because of all the cash crops growing and being harvested.
In the fields their were many rice plants around me. On breezy days the all of us would brush up against each other.
