  • You can't settle west of the Appalachian Mountains go back to where you came from!
  • The Sugar Act 1764
  • We, the British have decide that we will be putting tax on sugar.
  • The Boston Massacre 1770
  • In this cell the British redcoats are telling a colonist he can't settle west of the Appalachian Mountains because of the Proclamation of 1763.
  • The Tea Act/Boston Tea Party 1773
  • In this cell the British soldiers are telling some colonists they saw, that they  are putting  tax on sugar.
  • The Intolerable Acts  1774
  • In this cell the colonists were mad about losing their jobs and blamed it on the British. There was a misunderstanding and the British opened fire, and killed some people.
  • The First Continental Congress 1774
  • Today we are all here to discuss what the British are doing.
  • In this cell the colonists are mad because the British reduced taxes on other items but not tea. So they decide to throw the tea off the ship. 
  • We're not paying tax on tea
  • Here in this cell the British are telling the colonists that since the Boston Tea Party happend there will be new laws passed as consequences.
  • Since you colonists want to throw British tea in the harbor. We are passing some new laws. 
  • In this cell the the 13 colonies are discussing, what the British are planning.
