  • Pressure squeezes the rocks together. This makes them very compact and tight.
  • Its tight in here!!!
  • Heat and pressure cause the rocks to now become metamorphic.
  • Wow! Im metamorphic!
  • The rocks begin to melt because of the very hot temperatures of lava or magma.
  • Ouch! It is so hot!!
  • While melting in the magma, it moves into the volcano.
  • Once the magma shoots out of the volcano and cools, new rocks form. These rocks are called igneous rocks.
  • WE'RE FREE!!!!
  • The rock cycle keeps going and going. Rocks are always changing, but are always in the cycle.
  • The End!
