Running on the beach looks like fun! I should start doing that.
Sarah had thought about exercising before, and seeing others working out as well has inspired her.
Wow! maybe I should start working out before school, too! That's a good idea.
And so Sarah started working out 5 days a week. She always stretched before, and she noticed her mood started to improve and she had never been happier and more confident. She also noticed a change in her mental state. She rarely ever caught herself bringing attention to her insecurities.
Sarah met many new people while working out over the summer, and even met some of her closest friends!
