  • Can I have some bubble gum?
  • Where are you taking me? Why are you taking me?
  • In Money, Mississippi Emmett Till was visiting his relatives. (aerial shot)
  • Why were you being rude to my wife? Go die!
  • Emmett Till's friends dared him to talk to Carolyn Bryant. He reportedly touched her hand and said some other things. (ad lib)
  • Roy Bryant and J.W Milam took Emmett Till at gunpoint at his home at 2:30 am on August 28, 1955. (scared ambience)
  • He did not harass me in any way. 
  • Bryant and Milam took Till, beat him up, gouged his eye out, shot him in the head , and when they were done added a 75-pound fan to his neck. Then they threw hom in the Tallahatchie River.
  • This sparked lots of civial rights movements. Petions were going out. Bryant and Milam were tried in an all-white jury but were found not-gulity.
  • Later Carolyn Bryant admitted that Emmett Till had not touched or harrassed her in any way. She said in an interview, "Nothing that boy did could justify what happened to him." (this was in 2017, Tim Tyson interviewed her)
