  • Hi I am a sunflower and I am going to teach you about the carbon cycle. Plants like me use carbon dioxide to make our food. We also take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen for humans and animals to take in.

  • We also eat the grass that produces oxygen for us.
  • We breath in the oxygen the plant releases, and then we release carbon dioxide that goes back to the plants.

  • Fungi like me and bacteria helps dead plants and animals decay, and the nutrients from the dead animals or plants help me grow.
