Storyboard Text

  • We fight.
  • Okay, Mr. Prezident, they're trying to claim Northwest territory. What do we do?
  • Remember, you help us, we help you, deal?
  • Deal.
  • I was concerned that it would be like Shay's Rebellion.
  • So, why did you send so many troops?
  • As the first american president, George was using military action to secure Northwest territory.
  • I'm sorry. I must follow my country.
  • No! Please! I beg of you!
  • As the prezident fought for more territory,  little did he know that other countries were  basically hiring Native Americans to fight by some sort of treaty between them.  The  Battle of Timbers has begun.
  • We must stay out of the way at all costs.
  • Alright, your call. What do we do, Mr. President?
  • Then, after everything else was settled, the Whiskey Rebellion has begun. George sent a lot of troops, because he was worried it was gonna be something like Shay's Rebellion.
  • Good!
  • Alright, everyone. Jay's Treaty and Pickney's treaty has been passed. We shall remain nuetral.
  • With the French Revolution, there was... a lotof bloodshed, to say the least...
  • George was worried about a war. In which case, he stayed out of the way at all costs. They couldn't afford to lose any more soldiers.
  • Lastly, to remain nuetral with all other countries, George  passed two treaties. Jay's Treaty and Pickney's Treaty allowed America to stay nuetral with everyone.
