My physical health is pretty ok. I dont do drugs, get at least 30 minutes of excercise per 3 days.
Some ways I could improve my physical health would be by trying to get more than 8 hours of sleep per night, eating a balanced diet, and limiting sugar and salts.
My social health is pretty ok. I have lots of friends that I'm able to talk to and have a small circle of friends who I'm able to talk to about personal stuff.
Some ways I could improve my social health would be trying to initiate conversations with people I don't know and knowing who are not good friends to have.
My mental health is not the best. I am dealing with a lot of mental health problems. I have problems about letting myself cry and I dont have one hobby I can pursue.
Some ways I could improve my mental health would be by asking for help when I need it from some of my close friends, trying to make sure I stay happy, and listen and think about constructive criticism.
