The Monsters are Due on Maple Street Theme: Don't Judge a Book by its Cover
Its you I tell yeah
In "The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street" by Rod Sterling, one of the main themes is to don't judge a book by its cover. In the story a lot of people were being threatened for being the monster when it wasn't even them. Everyone was teaming up on each other making everyone feel guilty. Also, almost all of the scenes every person was being blamed. In conclusion, no one should be judged if they don't have any evidence to proove.
Evidence 1.: In this scene... Everyone thought Steve was the monster because his car started all of a sudden.
Evidence 2.: In this Scene... Charlie was being threatened for being the monster.
Evidence 3.: In this Scene... Charlie shot Pete because he that the dark figure was the monster.
