• ﻿﻿﻿There are two ways to do it, but we are going to do the traditional way
• Wow! That's it? That was pretty simple.
• There is a simple way to do it. ﻿Dad= Divide, Mom= Multiply, Sister= Subtract, Cat= Compare, and Brother= Bring Down
• What are remainders﻿?
• They are the numbers that are left over or don't go into the dividend evenly.
• Now let's talk about ﻿ remainders!
• Cool! I always wondered what that was for.﻿
• You can turn your remainder into a fraction if you want to split something, or you can turn it into ﻿decimal if you are dividing money
• ﻿Sweet!
• ﻿Cool! Sounds easier than I thought!
• Lets celebrate by eating some cupcakes!﻿
• For example: 547 divided by 8 equals 68 remainder 3. If you turn the remainder into a ﻿﻿fraction, it is 3/8.
